QUBTRIX places great emphasis on respecting customers’ privacy, ensuring that their personal data is fully protected.
Personal data provided to us by customers is processed by us within the scope of their consent and in accordance with the legal provisions, in particular the act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended). We store customers’ personal data on servers that ensure complete data security. Only authorised employees of the Shop have access to the database.
For each Customer who has provided us with their personal data, we provide full access to this data in order to verify, make modifications or request deletion.
The shop does not share, sell or make available personal data collected from customers to third parties, unless express consent has been obtained from the customer or at the customer’s request, or at the request of authorised state authorities in accordance with applicable law in connection with proceedings.
Our shop also uses online cookies. These files are stored on the customer’s computer by our server and provide statistical data about the customer’s activities in order to offer products tailored to the customer’s individual needs and preferences. The customer can deactivate the “accept cookies” option in their web browser at any time, although please note that in some cases deactivating this function may make it more difficult to make purchases from our Store.
Please note that if we include links on our Store’s pages to other websites that are not administered by us, we are not responsible either for the content of those sites or for the level of privacy protection provided by their administrators. Access to such a site is at the customer’s own risk. We encourage our clients to read the privacy policy of such a site before providing their personal data there.
We only send advertising and promotional material to customers if they have given their consent. This applies in particular to newsletters sent to customers if they have confirmed by clicking on a link expressly indicated by us as serving to give their consent to receive newsletters about current promotional offers, discounts and news in our Store. These materials relate exclusively to the products offered by our Shop.
